along with the question, “What do you think of this?” I watched the video and replied, but thought the whole thing – video and reply – might be useful for helping others sort out the stuff being passed around on the internet. So I’m sharing it here.

I watched and listened to the video and was not impressed at any level. I don’t know who wrote it, but within the first few moments my intuition was on high ‘fraud’ alert. The entire document smacks of something created recently that is trying to look and sound older than it really is.

It starts out saying that the document was delivered to their offices by an unknown person, and that it was not stolen or gotten by dishonest means. Later, it says the document was found inside a copy machine. Which was it – delivered by an unknown person or found inside a copy machine? Perhaps a copy machine was delivered to their offices by an unknown person??? That is possible, but that is stretching things to make them fit and to overlook the contradictory statements about how the document was found. People who go to great lengths to make the origins of something very murky and mysterious often make contradictory statements like this.

Supposedly the document has been authenticated by 4 experts – but no proof or names are given that would back up such claims. The problem with lack of proof is often explained away by saying that people want to remain anonymous. However, my observation of documents that are legitimate is that people sign their names and often feel they are doing something good in the world. Even David Rockefeller said that he felt he was doing something good by trying to get the world into a New World Order.

The document was obviously written by someone who sees the world through the eyes of a mechanical/electrical engineer who is very good at math. He-or-she has put a lot of thought into interpreting the world through the metaphor of engineering and clearly sees the analogies between the mechanics of engineering and the mechanics of the banking system.

Since it is over 40 pages, and hardly anyone is willing to read anything anymore, it was probably hoped that by claiming it was “a leaked document outlining a plan to destroy us written a long time ago and found accidentally” perhaps more people would read it and be upset with our government and entire financial system. This idea of creating distrust in this way does result in chaos, but if the truth comes out, it can quickly backfire.

The document has been carefully scrubbed of almost all references to computers until you get almost to the end, and then computers are mentioned only briefly. I graduated from high school in 1966 and my very first job was in a computer office. I was also married to a computer programmer-turned-cop. Thus, I am very familiar with computers, their presence in business and the population, and their evolution from the mid-60s onward. The entire feeling of this document is one of careful avoidance of mentioning computers because that would give away how recently it was written.

Speaking of being scrubbed, in spite of the efforts to make the document sound like a plan leaked from CIA or political offices, there are a few key words and phrases that indicate it was written recently. Words like “shock” – as in the shock doctrine, or phrases like “Problem-Reaction-Solution.” These are very current phrases and hint at the fact that the document is not as old as it purports to be. There are a few allusions to the CIA being implicated in this document, which is supposedly part of a training program, but these few references seem to be trying too hard to connect the CIA to the whole thing. It doesn’t ring true.

Copy machines existed in 1979, a date that is mentioned in the document, and maybe a few VERY sophisticated machines were around back then, but I question the idea that they had the capacity to store documents in them at that time. I’m not sure what year copiers, computers, and printers merged, but in any case, the story gets very questionable in hinting that this “plan” originated shortly after WWII and was accidentally left in a copy machine.  It is also quite unlikely that a 40-page paper document left in the document feeder would be unnoticed and accidentally delivered with said copy machine.

The narrator and several unknown others supposedly find the document plans “disturbing” yet there is little that amounts to a “plan” in the document. The document remind me of the writings of the “Uni-bomber” and is mostly the ranting of someone who is highly irritated with the “ignorant masses” who “refuse to think for themselves.”

I am no expert on documents purporting to tell of the planned destruction of humans, but this document has more of a feeling of some individual simply bemoaning the things he is observing out there in the world, back-tracing the origins of what he is seeing, and trying to assign blame – which mostly falls on the ignorant masses as being “stupid and lazy.” The few documents I have read that consist of real “plans” and that have the capacity for destructive results are not usually written in engineering/mathematical language. Those that are – like the patent documents on manipulation of weather – do not contain paragraph after paragraph ranting about humanity and describing how they are being manipulated. Scientific notation is not the language that bankers, social engineers, or politicians use. This has more of a flavor of the document author realizing that banking, money, and the economy are being used to manipulate society, compares it to his field of expertise (engineering of some sort) and expresses helpless rage that other people do not see what is happening, thus are not doing anything about it.

One of the problems of our time is that there really ARE efforts to set up a New World Order, no one really knows what the original motives of those doing this were, AND the Powers-That-Be went about this in a really stupid manner! It could have been done in an upfront, positive, inclusive, look-at-the-magnificent-world-we-can-create-together kind of way. Instead, they tried to be sneaky. This left the taste of mistrust in everyone’s craw. We DO need to do something about over-population and we know it…but not the way the Globalists are going about it. We DO need to reduce the destruction of the planet…but not by spinning lies about ‘climate warming’ when the truth is we know very little about the real life cycles of the planet and have not put together a decent story that can be adopted and appreciated by all. We DO need to stop wars and fighting over resources, but not by creating stronger and more destructive weapons. These are only some of the issues.

We are seeing a proliferation of false documents, lies, misperceptions, biased reporting, news that is distorted and incomplete, and attempts to stir up trouble between and among us. This document strikes me as one of those attempts.

Killing Us Off vs. the Transfer of Money

Millions of people believe that the New World Order is trying to kill us off and reduce the population. And maybe they are. But behind every single wacky assault – from Bird Flu to Zika virus, the real goal is to have an excuse to transfer money.  Millions of dollars have gone into “research” of Bird Flu, and billions into Zika “research.” Who really got this money? I doubt that any workers got a raise just because the government was handing out emergency money. I’m sure the labs who received some of this money felt more secure, but who got the biggest chunk?

An even bigger money transfer game is climate change. Google the question, “How much money has been spent on climate change?” and just look at the first page of search results. Shocking! The amount was $21.4 billion in 2014, which was a little less than was spent in 2013.

That’s about $43 billion in only two years. Has the climate changed? Yes. Did the government do it? No. Where has the climate changed? It’s gotten cooler in a lot of places that were too hot, and warmer in a lot of places that were too cold. Record cold and incredible snows are occurring in northern Europe, across Russia and China, and down into Saudi Arabia. All of that is on the other side of the world. Meanwhile, record warmth has been occurring in America and Greenland.

If one side of the planet is suddenly cooler, and the other side is suddenly warmer, and natives of the Arctic and Greenland are saying the sun is coming over the horizon earlier than normal in the spring, then does it make sense that the planet may have rolled a little? Yes. Did the government make that happen? I doubt it. I know the government likes to think it is all-powerful, but if there is any climate change, they didn’t do it and neither did we ‘ordinary’ humans.

On the other hand, has there been a change in our environment? Yes. Why? Because we are tearing up our own home. Does it make any sense to keep dumping millions of tons of waste into the ocean when the oceans feed more than half of us? Does it make sense to build mega-cities in low-lying areas or in areas where there isn’t good air flow? Does it make sense to run miles of fragile oil pipelines across the landscape when we know that small earthquakes can and do happen regularly around the entire planet, shifting things about? Does it make sense to ruin the rivers, creeks, and streams so that the only clean water we can get is immature water from underground? Does it make sense to cut down forest after forest when we know that trees provide oxygen for us? Does it make sense to pour millions of tons of poisons and heavy metals onto our soils and then grow our food in it? Does it make sense to eat factory-made foods with no nutrition in them? Does it make sense to keep using oil when we have access to plasma?

We need to wise up and sort things out. Most of the stuff we accuse the government of doing to kill us off may be mostly something they dreamed up to transfer money among themselves. Much of what we call ‘climate change’ is really destruction of the planet’s systems that support our lives. No wonder the planet has rolled over! Thank god she hasn’t rolled into her grave. We need an entirely new way of living if we want to survive our own mess!

NWO and The Chemistry of Consciousness

The question is not whether you are for or against the New World Order, the question is: Can you change your consciousness at will? All shifts of consciousness require some difficulty and discomfort at first. Why? Because a change of consciousness requires a change of inner chemistry.

It is important to understand that every feeling is the result of certain chemicals and hormones.  Your feelings are the result of distinct chemical/hormonal states within the body. If you cannot produce a wide variety of chemicals/hormones, you will not be able to feel a wide variety of feelings. This might include an inability to relax, feel joy, experience humor, or even to feel frustration, pain, sorrow, or sadness. Without certain chemicals, you would be unable to be sympathetic or empathetic about what others are feeling. If you have an inability to feel certain things, we would label you emotionally disabled. It is similar to the label learning disabled, but a learning disability is based on an inability to focus and perceive, while emotional disability is based on an inability to feel. You need to produce the right chemicals to do either – perceive or feel.

Next, it is important to understand that the body is a creature of habit. This includes habitual chemical responses to certain things:  for example, the idea of the Muslim religion, images such as KKK or a burning cross, words like “You’re so stupid!”, actions as in a slap, or cheating in a relationship, people such as foreigners or people of color, or situations taking an exam or being caught in a lie. The programming for these habitual chemical responses and the feelings they engender begins right from birth, actually before birth.

When you want to change your consciousness, you have to change your feelings, which means you have to be able to produce a different set of chemicals within the body. In your early efforts to make a shift of consciousness, you will still be producing chemicals – and therefore feeling states – automatically. Your habitual chemical responses are dumped into your system quickly.

Any deliberate effort to change your consciousness results in a second set of chemicals also being dumped in on top of those that were automatically produced. The result is a very uncomfortable feeling, almost a ‘sick’ feeling. Trying to get the body/mind system to shift to a perspective or attitude that is significantly different from your usual point of view can cause nausea, diarrhea, headaches, stomach aches, heart pain, difficulty breathing, or various other symptoms of being unwell. That’s because you have competing chemicals in your system that sometimes react between and among themselves. Sometimes the effort to make a change in how you think or feel requires an almost super-human effort. That’s because the effect of your own chemicals on you is powerful! The result is that many people avoid dealing with changes of consciousness altogether.

To make it easier,  you have to get to the core of why you think what you think or respond the way you do. You have to examine the root decisions that are at the base of your way of seeing the world. We make these decisions by the dozens as we are growing up. We copy parents, friends, take note of enemies and acquaintances, and constantly refine our decisions based on experiences in school or at work. We shift who we are in order to have a lover or a marriage, or to cope with children. These decisions are what trigger the chemical responses that produce the feeling states.

To change the chemical habits that are part and parcel of our feelings, attitudes, and consciousness, we must examine ourselves deeply and see if the original decisions we made about the world are still the right ones…or the best ones for us. To live an unexamined life is to remain at the mercy of a low and immature level of consciousness. It is to forfeit our power and our wisdom. This power and wisdom are exactly what is needed to roll with any kind of change coming at us.

The thing I worry about is that if we do not make an effort to change consciousness before we get to a crisis, we may end up with a whole population of people who feel nauseous or have diarrhea right when we need full consciousness and high energy to act. It’s difficult to see what’s happening and make good choices if you’re stuck on the toilet! Practice shifting consciousness now, before we get to any serious crisis.
