12 Wishes for Christmas – #8

#8 – May we awaken from the political hypnosis of thinking the government makes all the decisions. At some point we need to embrace our own inner authority. May we do so freely, quietly, joyously, and with an attitude of immovable steadiness.

Media, Truth, and Perception

There have been a number of people asking me what sources I use for my information. The latest was Janet, so I decided to answer in a post.

When it comes to television, I watch it rarely, maybe once every couple of months. When I do, I watch Link TV with Amy Goodman. The rest of TV has been a wasteland for a long time and network TV will probably never fulfill the promise of its potential to develop and educate us.

Regarding newspapers, the mainstream newspaper I still read most often is the New York Times – mostly to get a good feel for the propaganda being perpetrated on the U.S. The NYT seems to have suddenly tempered some of their reporting a tiny bit since the election, but is still very biased and still failing to report all of what is going on in a balanced way. As for radio, I no longer listen to radio or NPR at all – most of that stuff is milktoast.

A side note… Since I travel to the east coast a fair amount, it is clear to me that the people in Washington DC and New York – all of whom have been lost in some very comfortable illusions for a long time – are about to experience a taste of what Detroit experienced when the Big 3 automakers suddenly found themselves ousted by Japanese carmakers…uncertainty, loss of income, abrupt expulsion from the illusion of security, a total paradigm shift, and a feeling of their world being turned upside down. My point in mentioning this is that all of the mainstream media has been totally controlled by the people in Washington DC and New York.

To get an idea of what is really going on and how people think and feel outside of DC, New York, and the U.S., I visit sites like NSNBC (my favorite), InfoWars, DrudgeReport, Breitbart, Truthdig, ZeroHedge, RealistNews, NewEasternOutlook, Xinhua News Agency, Jon Rappaport, RT News, Veterans Today, Washington’s Blog, Gmail News, French news, English news, Russian news, and a number of sites that are not well known at all but still provide a serious context for what is happening in the world around us.

I think it would be important to say that I am not looking for “the truth” from any of these sources. I am looking at the consciousness and assessing the language that is represented by each of these outlets. I then put together a picture for myself of what people are saying, thinking, and doing here and there. I weigh all of this along with what my own inner knowing is telling me, and out of this emerges a picture of what might be called “What is.”

This picture of ‘what is’ gets sifted, sorted, added to, subtracted from, dumped, retrieved, tweaked, and re-shaped again and again over the ensuing days and weeks, eventually resulting in something much broader and deeper than any media outlet could ever present. It allows me to see what is happening and to examine all of the factors that are in play at any given time.  In other words, “the truth” is something I discern for myself, and I am never in a hurry to declare what that truth is. What most people think is true, is usually just a momentary snapshot of where they are pointing their perception and attention.

The U.S. is on “The Hero’s Journey”

When the U.S. faced the recent election, most people saw it as just an election. I saw it as the start of The Hero’s Journey. I was on pins and needles as I waited for the outcome of the election! The hero’s journey is a journey that involves: 1. Making a choice – either knowingly or inadvertently; 2. Being confronted with a critical problem that must be resolved; 3. A demand to clean and reorganize the house; 4. Going through a sorting process; 5. Having to align oneself with one’s true nature; 6. Carrying some form of light, whether candle or glowing coals, to a destination; and 7. Holding oneself in the place of a humble but grateful, even joyous, witness as the problem resolves itself.

The Hero’s Journey is a mythical journey of awakening and transformation. It is a journey into the heart of consciousness that results in a changed individual full of wisdom, grace, and power. It is usually undertaken by an individual, but it can also be undertaken by a family or a country. It is a journey into the heart of the self that results in becoming wise, graceful, and powerful. It involves challenges that change you at the core. It involves becoming who you really are. To fail to embark on the journey or to fail to complete it results in death.

In the election campaign, people saw Hillary Clinton all polished and pretty and politically correct, running for president. Running against her was Donald Trump who was brash and bold and breaking all the rules of polite politics. She represented the queen, the one with all the power. She represented the status quo, more of what we already had. He represented the clown, the one who distracts us from the status quo and because he is a clown, is not taken seriously.

Difficulty is always a factor in making the choice. If the choice was obvious, it would be easy. There are always an overwhelming number of frightening or threatening unknowns. It’s like getting a divorce. We can’t stand the marriage any longer, but we don’t want the financial or emotional hit that a divorce would bring. We don’t want the queen and her status quo, but to choose the clown and the unknown??

This election was the setup for that choice – a choice that asked us, “Do we want to evolve our consciousness and move to a place of wisdom, joy, grace, and peace of mind? Or do we want to go down in ignominious self-destruction?” The choice is symbolic of life and death, of evolution to a more expanded consciousness, of taking a step toward becoming who we really are – or a refusal to look at truth and continuing to live with spirit-deadening lies.

As we drew closer to the election, a flood of information began to flow out of the FBI, the New York police department, the CIA, and other intelligence agencies. They knew what was going on behind the scenes with Clinton and were sending their intelligence reports to WikiLeaks. The information contained emails, photos, and other evidence about the millions of dollars being laundered by the Clinton Foundation, the sale of U.S. state secrets to other countries, the murder of anyone who got in their way, and the abduction of children and teens to Jeffery Epstein’s island home in the Virgin Islands where they were made “available” to various people in powerful places for sexual purposes. Those who took advantage of these young ones were secretly videotaped and then blackmailed to go along with the wishes of the Bush-Clinton cabal…a group responsible for much more dishonesty and corruption than is listed here…and all of this corruption becomes the critical problem that must be resolved.

In many of the ancient journeys of awakening, once the choice is made, the hero or heroine is made to clean up in some way. In the myth of Hercules, he must shovel out a thousand years’ worth of manure from the king’s stables in one day. In another, the young and beautiful Vasalisa must clean and re-organize the witch’s house every day. This symbolizes the need to clean house and reorganize ourselves as a nation. Representatives of the old system cannot clean up the system because it is working for them! Thus the need for the hero to do the cleanup…and in this case, we the people are the heroes.

The next challenge is that of sorting. In the story of Vasalisa, she is confronted with a mountain of dirt mixed with poppy seeds and is told she must sort the seeds from the dirt by the next morning. Complicating the problem of sorting is that the seeds are tiny, black, and hard to identify, it is dark, and there is great pressure to accomplish the task. She is hopeless and feels it is impossible to complete, and when she gets tired, she goes to sleep believing she has failed, but in the morning, she finds the job finished! The angels and helpful spirits have completed the job while she slept.

The sorting symbolizes the need to sort out good from bad, as well as that which can be used to start new life. The seeds of truth and reality can be planted and used to nurture and feed the souls of the people. The fact that the task is completed while Vasalisa sleeps symbolizes the ancient truth that even though we may become hopeless and are not awake yet, there are hidden forces and factors working in our favor. Even though we are working in the dark (dark night of the soul) the task will be accomplished and the dawn will come.

Once the sorting is complete, the hero often faces a decision. The decision is some form of acceptance of one’s true nature and an alignment with this relatively unfamiliar…but seemingly very natural…self. It is a coming home to who we really are…warts, gifts, faults, crazy sense of humor and all! Once the decision is made to align with the true self, there follows a deep recognition of all nature and of what is real in the world. This is the crux of the journey. We cannot live fake lives. It will destroy us.

The last task is that of carrying a lighted candle or glowing coals that will restart our fires. Sometimes the hero must carry the flame through the forest and not let it go out despite wind and rain. If he lets the candle go out, he will lose his way and die. If he reaches his destination with the light still burning, the light burns away the darkness and evil that once lived there.

In the same way that every plant, animal, and human has a natural life-cycle, every civilization has a life-cycle in which its people must develop and evolve to a place of power, wisdom, and grace. There have been lots of civilizations before us. Some have evolved to become wholly transformed and have gone on to other dimensions of greater power and creativity. Many have collapsed in self-destructive cataclysms. Choosing the path of war, greed, and other forms of selfishness leads to self-destruction. “The Universe” gives us total freedom to do as we wish with Life because it knows there is only one choice – the choice to evolve and grow.  That’s why she can be so generous with free will…it’s because She knows that those who are foolish enough to choose anything other than Life will eventually self-destruct, thus taking care of the problem they created!

The U.S. recently reached the point where a choice had to be made…either continue to look the other way and ignore the ugliness that would eventually destroy us – or make a new choice. That choice has been made and we must now begin the task of cleaning house and sorting things out. These are always messy, painful tasks that take at least several years for an individual, even longer for a nation or civilization, yet doing so will lead to the realization that we must align with our true nature if we want to survive. We will then have to carry the light and protect it from going out.

Act One – Worries about the Donald

I was in bed and almost asleep at 10:26 last night when my iPad began going off.

A student wrote:

“OMG heaven help us!! This election is nailbiting!! WHAT did the Robes see in Trump over a woman (Clinton)?”

I wrote back:

“LOL, it isn’t about Trump vs. Clinton. It is about consciousness. It is about learning to see past illusions (Hillary represents a huge illusion) and choosing something above the consciousness of murder, rape of children, fraud, and betrayal that she represents. Trump is like the clown in the Memorial Day parade that distract your attention from the wounded and surviving veterans who march along in lockstep. We are the marchers in this parade, quite wounded, and needing to refuse the distractions that pull at us. We are at a serious point in our civilization’s evolution. If we choose the corruption of the past, we will collapse and disintegrate. Even if we choose the higher consciousness, there will be civil war to finish breaking down the old systems. Sometimes the only thing we will have to sustain us will be the knowledge that we made the right choice. If Trump is elected, he will have served his purpose and will likely not be with us very long. So quit biting those fingernails and watch what is unfolding. In itself, the whole election circus is a distraction from the drama of a huge gold theft going on across the sea. The Cabal has falsified ownership papers of 1 million tons of gold and is preparing to make off with it in order to stay in power. That is where the real tragedy is!

She then replied:

“.?! sigh..breath..breath…Gold is already rising like crazy… and what about Russia pushing into Estonia while we are preoccupied…

I replied:

“LOL YES… Breathe deeply…there is some really awful stuff taking place while we are occupied elsewhere. I heard that the U.S. blew up the power grid in Murmansk today putting 300,000 Russian people in the dark and cold. That’s up near the Arctic circle, so really inconvenient for those people. I am not surprised about the gold price. I expect silver will climb as well…and later on other things will fall, like our dollar.”

Electing Donald Trump is only the first act of evolving our civilization. I am going to look up an old story that teaches a lesson and brings insight into our situation. Back soon.

Ch. 1, America—Breeding Ground for Psychopaths?

“It is 10:30 a.m. in central Florida. Beads of sweat drip from the foreheads of tourists waiting in long, winding lines at Disneyworld for an exciting ride on the Submarine Nautilus. Less than 10 miles away, 9-year-old Jeffery Bailey Jr. is also waiting. He is waiting for his young companion to die. After making sure that no one else is around, Jeffery has pushed 3-year-old Ricardo “Nicki” Brown into the deep end of a motel pool. He knows the younger child cannot swim and is afraid of the water.

“It is taking Nicki a long time to die. Jeffery gets tired of standing, so he pulls up a lawn chair to the edge of the pool. He wants a better view of how someone drowns. Jeffery stays by the pool until Nicki sinks to the bottom, lifeless. Then he puts on his shoes and shirt and saunters toward home.

“A short time later he asks another neighborhood child what the “icky white stuff” is that comes out of someone’s nose when they’re drowning. He doesn’t mention that Nicki is at this moment lying at the bottom of a pool.

“Nicki’s body is recovered from the pool at 6:40 p.m. by the police. Later, after neighborhood children have told Jeffery’s mother about the drowning, the youngster tells his mother about the “accident.” (Kissimmee Police Department, June 3, 1986)

Police officer Beth Peturka who investigated the case says she found Jeffery “kind of nonchalant, like he was enjoying all the attention.” On June 3, 1986, the State of Florida charges 9-year-old Jeffery with murder.”   —from  High Risk – Children Without a Conscience by Dr. Ken Magid and Carole A. McKelvey

I knew there was corruption, but I didn’t know how ugly, and I can’t help thinking about those lost children. How many parents and families put out photos of their missing babies, searching, hoping, but never seeing them again? What sort of agony must they be going through as they wonder, ‘Was it my little one among those who fell into the hands of the Clintons?’

I did not get much sleep last night. I would wake, weep, and then go back into a very restless state of half asleep, half awake. Few things get to me the way the corruption of Hillary Clinton and her team of psychopaths has. When something upsets me, I usually go inside to work on myself until I arrive at a new balance point and in the process, I learn something useful about life.  It is not often that I allow myself to get vividly angry.

The definition of a psychopath is one who is not bonded to anyone else, and is superficially very charming then suddenly explosively enraged. Someone with psychopathic characteristics is cruel, controlling, remorseless, tends to be impulsive without relying on common sense, and is given to primary process lying (which is continuing to lie even when it is blatantly obvious that they are not telling the truth). They are often very smooth and manage to project exactly what they are doing onto others, thus shifting the blame and responsibility to everyone but themselves. We have a government of pathological control-freaks and psychopaths.

I’m sure that I will be able to find that elusive balance point eventually, maybe when I am done grieving, but for right now… in spite of the fact that I keep trying to tell myself that maybe the reports coming out about the Clintons are not true…I’m so angry, so sad… for us, for those who have been raped, murdered, or defrauded…for the people of our country…for the people of Iraq, Libya, Syria, Ukraine, and other countries invaded and destroyed by our crazies…for our future…and for the way the Clinton/Bush/Rockefeller/Soros machine just keeps marching ahead, media in hand, as if nothing has happened…as if we are going to fall in line as we usually do. How pathetic and stupid of them. I’m so ashamed of what passes for “government” here in the U.S. and for the way the rest of the world must be looking at us.

I worry, if I am so deeply angry about this, what are other people feeling? Three hundred million angry people would be a lot of anger. What are we going to do with all that anger? Anger is change energy that has not been allowed to go anywhere. How do we channel that energy into something better than what we’ve had for the last few decades?

Bilderbergs?

I was traveling with my daughter this past week and mentioned something about the Bilderbergs.

Her response: “What are Bilderbergs? Sounds like some kind of Lego toy.”

Not only had she never heard of them, she perceived their name as sounding like a toy. I thought this was hilarious and had to share.

Underneath the Election Drama

I am watching the current election drama with great interest and a sense of the appalling. What appalls me is not Hillary’s corruption or Trump’s pompousness, it is how few people seem to recognize what is going on and what is at stake. I don’t want to get into a long story about my sources, but here is what is happening according to their first-hand involvement.

There are three factions involved in our political elections at the moment. One is the Bush-Clinton-Rockefeller cabal (BCR). Another is the Rothschild group (RG). The third is the old French and German noble families (FGN).

The BCR cabal has been described as a bunch of money-hungry, blood-thirsty elites who want to maintain their control over the U.S. financial system AND reduce population. The RG hates the BCR, however, the RG does want to maintain financial control and doesn’t really care if the population count goes down as long as they can profit from whatever is happening. The FGN families were a target during WWI and many went underground in order to survive the long-ongoing attempts to destroy the monarchy. They have regrouped, have come together, and want to break the back of the Cabal.

Even though the Rothschilds hate the Bush-Clinton-Rockefellers, these two groups have come together to support Hillary Clinton and get her into the presidency so the financial control will remain in Cabal hands. The French-German nobility are the ones who convinced Trump to run and are backing him all the way in the hope that he will win and break the Cabal’s grip on the financial system. These two sides (the BCR/RG vs. FGN) are in an all-out war. The BCR/RG side has said they will do anything to prevent Trump from winning. They are considering three possibilities: a nationwide EMP to knock out the computers at election time, a virus in the banking system that would bring everything to a halt, and a serious false flag attack in a major American city. In my humble opinion, if they were to use either of the first two options, they would be shooting themselves in the foot. The third option – a major false flag – is their usual “go-to” solution and if they were going to do anything at all, it would probably be the third option, especially if they could figure out a way to blame Russia, much as they blamed Iraq for the Sept. 11th attack.

Even though I would love to see a woman in the presidency, it is not Hillary. Some women are blinded by the idea that it is time for a woman to be president and don’t want to see the bigger picture of corruption hiding in plain sight in her background. If we’re going to have a woman at the helm, I want her to be someone with integrity, honor, and truth in her background.

Even though I wouldn’t ordinarily choose someone like Trump for president, I look at him and think, “Trump is a wild card. We really don’t know what will happen if he is elected.” Then I look at the Cabal’s history of corruption, murder, and deception that has filled the last few decades and think, “Do we dare use Trump to break the pattern…the power…the back of the Cabal???”

There is an old saying that may apply here. If you don’t like what you’re getting, do something different…do anything different…and be ready to ride the waves of change!

If Hillary gets elected, the Robes said long ago, “When the first woman gets elected, you will know that the end of your nation is near.”

If Trump gets elected, it is impossible to say how things might unfold. But I suspect that government will never be the same again. He may act more like a king than an elected president, but he is very smart and very capable of learning quickly. He would learn to respond. The question is, which of the many competing groups would he respond to? And can he rise above the competition to inspire a cooperative vision in all of us? That is what we must have in our leadership or we will continue to come apart.

I’ve tried to see which way things will go, but the problem is that I can’t see an election at all! I don’t know if I just can’t see clearly, or if, somehow, there isn’t going to be an election. We will have to wait and watch.

Is Hillary the Marie Antoinette of Our Time?

I look at Hillary and Bill Clinton as the Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI of our time. The truth is going to come out, and they are likely to be destroyed. If she becomes president of the U.S., and she continues to host the ongoing financial corruption, she may even inherit the French queen’s title, Madame Deficit.

Changing The System

I have had two periods of major financial difficulty in my life. One was right after kundalini when I was pretty much unable to work or to function normally at any level. The other was after my divorce from Jim when I was taking care of my mother and her end-of-life affairs. My income dropped precipitously in both these periods because I was unable to work enough hours to produce the income I needed.

In that first period of difficulty, bill collectors were calling, sending threatening letters, even coming to the door to try to bully me into giving them money. At first, I tried to avoid or dodge them. When their persistence began to be insulting, or they acted like I was stupid, or even belligerent, I began to stand up for myself and try to talk with them. Sometimes it came to an argument; sometimes I hung up on them if they became nasty. After all, you can’t get blood out of a stone.

One day, after many months of harassment, I snapped at one of the bill collectors and demanded that they stop calling unless they had something useful, helpful, or productive to offer. Then I hung up rather abruptly. When they called back a week or so later, they had an offer. They would cut the balance due in half if I would pay something on a regular basis. They wanted $25 a week, I offered them $2. That was a stretch for me, but I felt I could honor it. They agreed, cut the balance in half, and I began to pay my measly $2 every week. With a $1500 balance, I was looking at 750 weeks or 14 years of payments. However, within several months, I was able to increase it to $3 a week, then $5, then $10, and I kept increasing the amount until it was paid, long before the 14 years was up. Lesson #1 – don’t allow financial hacks to badger you. Stand up for yourself!

In the second period of difficulty, my accounts were at Consumers’ Credit Union. I thought they would be easy to work with if I ever got into trouble again. That was an illusion. They were not. When I did not have enough for my monthly mortgage payment, they simply froze all my accounts. I was furious. They made a difficult situation much worse than it needed to be. Lesson #2 – don’t have all your eggs in one basket. Open accounts at several banks.

The situation with Consumers’ was all the more maddening because I had tried to work with them in an upfront manner. I had called them, told them I was taking care of my mother 2-3 weeks out of the month, and was having difficulty making enough money to make the mortgage payment. I wanted them to move a couple of payments to the end of the contract, or perhaps allow me to pay interest only. They held all the cards and simply froze my accounts…two business accounts, one personal, and one savings.

The day I went into their office to deposit a check and discovered the accounts could not be accessed for any kind of transaction, I was stunned. I had the bank clerk call the mortgage division and get my ‘account handler’ on the line. He turned out to be a young, arrogant kid. I demanded that they unfreeze my accounts. He demanded that I bring my mortgage up to date. Voices rose. I was standing at the counter in the bank lobby and there were a half-dozen people in line behind me. I didn’t care. I ended up shouting at him, demanding to know how old he was. He said he was 21. I accused him of being a snot-nosed kid who didn’t have any experience in real life. I accused him of betraying my efforts to work with them, and then shouted, “Your day is coming, my friend. You are gonna get into difficulty with money somewhere along the line because that is the way life works and you have to make hard choices. You’re gonna be in financial difficulty someday and I hope you remember this moment because I’m not going to abandon my mother just to make some stupid mortgage payment. In fact, you can take your payment schedule and shove it!”

I nearly threw the phone back at the clerk, gathered my purse and papers, and stalked out of the credit union. A few people were appalled, but one guy in line was clapping. I was too angry to care what anyone thought.

The next day, I hauled myself and my aging mother to the credit union corporate offices. I asked to see the head of the mortgage division. Surprisingly, he and his second in command came out to greet me. I explained that I wanted to work with them, that I wasn’t going to abandon my mother, I wasn’t going to abandon my obligation to make mortgage payments, and challenged them to come up with something that we could both live with.

They patiently explained that they had rules. I pointed out that the rules were man-made and could be adjusted at their discretion. There was quite a bit of polite argument going back and forth. In the end, they said they would not harass me if I would just not go 90 days overdue. At 90 days, their rules required that they initiate foreclosure proceedings. They said I would get one call each month to ‘remind’ me about the payment and ask if I was going to make it. They said they would appreciate a true answer from me so they would know what was happening at my end. I honored my end, even though my credit score dropped into the toilet, something that upset me tremendously. Lesson #3 – Don’t let your anger with the system run away with you and don’t back down. Do your best to work something out and then honor the agreement. That agreement can always be changed as needed. Both sides have to give a little.

The young man assigned to me started out calling as agreed. He was a little snippy at first. At my end of things, a series of miracles was happening. My ex-husband made a couple of payments. An elderly couple I knew asked me how I was doing with my farm. I said I was probably going to lose it. I explained that I was two months behind with the mortgage. They called back the next day and said they wanted to give me the money to catch up. After an excruciating debate within myself, I swallowed my pride and took it. My brother-in-law came along and gave me the payment for another two months. Then someone else offered to make a payment. Then a client who had died left me enough money for another couple of payments. Then another gift, and another… Lesson #4 Believe in miracles and the goodness of people who care about you.

Every month for 19 months, a small miracle happened. I never knew where the money was going to come from. Usually it came in at the last moment. One month when my financial handler called to ask me if I was going to make the payment, I said I didn’t know. He then launched into a high-nosed lecture about needing to honor my debts. I interrupted him loudly.

“Look, my friend, I have not been making the payments for my mortgage. Someone else has been making the payment. Every month I panic, and every month that money comes in from somewhere. I never know where it’s coming from, so don’t bug me! The monthly miracle is coming…it’s just not here yet!” After that, each month when he called, he cheerfully asked, “Have we had our monthly miracle yet?” Lesson #5 – Know that the system is made of up real people who really want things to work out.

In January of 2013 my mother died and I was free to make more money. I caught up with the mortgage and have been doing fine ever since. I have never regretted the time spent with my mother. If it had been up to me, I would have had her live for years longer than she did. Evidently, 86 years was enough for her.

There are so many issues in our face these days. There’s the election circus, of course, and then the Monsanto monster, the factory food fiction, the vaccination outrage, the chemtrail catastrophe, the pharmaceutical deceptions, the financial manipulations, the façade of democracy, the educational disaster…and many others.

You cannot expect the system to change to something you want it to be unless you take a stand regarding those issues that affect you directly and personally. This is how a system changes. You are not helpless, so don’t act as if you are. There ARE lessons to be learned on all sides, but each lesson learned benefits all of us. Corporations are not distant, impersonal, inflexible structures. Changing a corporation is painfully slow work, but it must be done…and the most powerful change does not come through the courts, it comes through one-at-a-time-face-to-face interaction. Just remember this: Corporations are characterized by intelligent people who go to work in them to make a living – the same thing you are trying to do – and who want to make things work. Act as if you are dealing with a human who is listening, whose consciousness can be raised, and who may report your input at some future meeting being held to make corporate operations smoother. You just might learn that we are all trying to make life easier and better for ourselves.

Submit!

Why is there such a push from somewhere up top to bring Islam into the West? Because the main theme of Islam is submit. In Christianity the theme used to control people is guilt. In the Far East religions, it is shame. We in the West no longer have much shame about anything, and the Western guilt trip has about run its course with very few people paying attention to religion at all any more. Since religions are ALL about power and control, the goal of those who want total power, total control is to bring in a new religion that demands submission. How perfect for the Deep State!

9 Guidelines to Use When Navigating the Alternative News

This started out as a reply to Tom Van Berckel, but became an entire blog. Thanks for the inspiration, Tom! And thanks for the compliment.

You aren’t the only one who gets confused when trying to figure out what to believe or who to listen to when wading through the ocean of alternative news. In my experience, and from conversations with many others, it takes at least a couple of years to learn to navigate that ocean and develop the capacity to put together a realistic picture of what’s going on out there. Along the way you discover several things that really have more to do with consciousness than anything else.

#1 – everyone has their own point of view and whether we think their views are right or wrong is somewhat irrelevant. Their point of view tells us where they are at with their perception, NOT where we should be at with ours! We each NEED our own point of view because that is the center point from which we communicate, learn, change, and grow.

#2 – we live in a consensus reality system – but that consensus is VERY loose. In my view, it is amazing that it holds together at all given the huge diversity of beliefs, experience, and perception that exist here. It is only because of our tolerance (unspoken) for one another, and our gratitude (unacknowledged) for their willingness (unconscious) to help hold it all together, that we are able to continue with the reality.

#3 – the idea of “proof” is useless. Even the best of scientists rarely think in terms of “proof.” They say, “This is what most of us agree on at the moment,” and they know that new insights and information will eventually go beyond the current agreement. My own stand is that there is no proof, there is only what we each experience, and each of us is responsible for assessing that experience from moment to moment and responding to it wisely and well. For most of us who are trying to wade through the huge amounts of alternative news, a good rule of thumb for judging any news is that the reporter should at least have some evidence to show, and when they have finished offering evidence, they should make it clear when they are switching to their own interpretation of that evidence.

#4 – you will resonate deeply in your gut, your heart, and your mind when you see or read news that is true and important for YOU to know. Not all news is relevant to all people.

#5 – listen to what people say, but watch carefully what they do. Keep a notebook handy in which you jot down lists, or create a folder on your computer in which you save speeches of key promises and predictions that people make. Then pay attention to whether they do what they said they would do, or how they behave when the prediction doesn’t come true. A few people will complain that this is too much work, but this is the burden of being a real citizen. We are where we are in this country because the hens have been selling eggs AND fresh chicken to the fox – and no one is paying attention!

#6 – find news sources that do a fairly good job of synthesizing lots of information and presenting a well-thought-out view of the big picture, or that consistently present smaller slices of information in a clear and honest way. The task here is to eventually find news sources you trust and that you can return to again and again because their information is always presented in a straightforward,  thoughtful way that makes you think.

#7 – learn to discern the difference between sources that sometimes get excited or upset about something, those who are continually outraged and spouting off about it, or those that are always trying to incite fear and dread. It’s like the difference between fresh milk (news), sour milk (news with an attitude), and fermented milk (news with a hidden agenda). In each case it’s milk, but you will respond differently to each.

#8 – you have a right to be interested in some things and not others. Follow the threads of conversation and information that you find interesting, and let yourself become knowledgeable and aware in the areas that you are interested in. Some people love politics, others love to read about the economy, some are only interested in technology, or science, or war, or psychology. Some follow music closely, or entertainment, or sports. So follow your nose, consuming information and arguments about the things that interest you, and occasionally graze in other pastures that offer other topics.

#9 – as for “truth,” there is only one unchanging and reliable truth – and that is that everything in existence is made of an intelligent Light that we call God, or Source, or The Universe, or whatever. All the stuff that emerges from that Light is temporary, which is why we say it is an illusion. It’s really not an illusion, it’s just temporary in the sense that it is not eternal and forever unchanging like that Light is. But you can damn well count on having a sore foot if you drop a brick on it. You can’t just blow that off as “illusion.” The truth is that it hurts!

In closing…we are in the middle of a paradigm shift of global proportions. A paradigm shift is a change in consciousness. If you are going to make that shift along with everyone else, you have to take responsibility for what you feed that consciousness and what you do with that consciousness. We are moving out of the paradigm of one-size-fits-all-and-one-story-informs-all. How you assemble the world is up to you!

Mainstream News and Thinking For Yourself

People have forgotten how to think for themselves. Are you one of them?  You are if you still watch and listen to mainstream news. Mainstream news is little more than baby pablum put together and spoon fed to you in nice, neat sound bites to make sure you never get the whole truth. Mainstream news is useful for only one thing – to get an idea of what the people in power want you to focus your attention on. It doesn’t matter whether it is truthful or not. It doesn’t matter that it is shallow or heavily biased. It doesn’t matter that the entire background and much of the story is missing. It doesn’t matter whether you believe it or not. It only matters that you spend your precious consciousness focused on it because that means you’re NOT focused on anything else that might tell you the whole truth – or develop your ability to discern the truth for yourself.

In the same way that we now have to bag our own groceries, do our own bank deposits, pump our own gas, figure out our own healing programs, and put together our own music, we now have to put together our own news. You have to do your homework when it comes to the news. Look around. Dig for info. What shows up? What fits together?

There is a ton of misinformation, bias, disinformation, nonsense, fear, propaganda, and crap out there. There have been plenty of times I threw my hands in the air and thought, “This is ridiculous! Everything I read or watch contradicts the thing I just finished reading or watching.” But learning how to put the news together is like anything else, you have to start somewhere. You will pass through stages.

The first stage is usually shock. You think the majority of what you are reading and hearing can’t possibly be true.

The next stage is overwhelm. Who and what should you believe? There is too much to even begin to assimilate a small amount of it. You drift from one extreme website or YouTube report to another.

The third stage is sorting.  Some of what you read begins to sink in and you begin to see certain themes again and again, read certain sources frequently, and develop a loose framework of ideas about what is actually happening in our world.

The fourth stage is arguing. You begin to get a fair but flawed picture of what is going on in the world and try to tell your family and friends – who are not really interested and who sometimes accuse you of becoming a conspiracy theorist. You back away in embarrassment and uncertainty.

The fifth stage is going deeper. Stinging from the criticism of family and friends, you expand your reading and listening in order to get a more accurate picture. You listen to all sides of a topic and a wide variety of reports – pro and con – about events taking place or continuing to unfold, and you begin to develop a well-rounded picture of what is going on in the world. You find yourself following certain threads more closely than others. You also begin to recognize who is grounded and accurate as well as who gets totally caught up in hyperbole and melodrama.

The sixth stage is discernment. By now you have a number of sources you go to regularly. You know how to listen to what is being said and what isn’t being said, and you are putting pieces together to make a fairly accurate assessment of the situation in many areas of life on our planet.

The last stage is thinking for yourself. At this stage, you have a sense of the history and background in the issues of our time. You know who is pushing one set of ideas and who is peddling a competing set of ideas, and you’re pretty clear about how each source is most likely to present the information at hand, what their positon and their biases are. You also know what your position and biases are as well. In other words, you have begun to know yourself, achieved the ability to see, hear, and think for yourself, assess what is likely to come down the pike, and to make appropriate decisions. Nothing is more critical for you in the development of your own consciousness!

Using Conspiracy Theory to Advantage

There are two ways to view events in our world. One is that things just happen naturally, the other is that there is a hidden hand manipulating things to their advantage. The first is called the accidental theory of events, the second is called the conspiracy theory of historical events. Mainstream media has managed to give a bad name to those who think there is a hidden hand manipulating events in our world today. From my point of view, the majority of those deeply poo-pooed “conspiracy theories” turn out to be true. So I have been wondering if we might take the whole idea of conspiracy theory and make it our own, conspire to construct the future we want, and then, if the powers that be get upset or try to blame us for anything, we can accuse them of believing in those silly conspiracy theories!

The NY Times headline said…

…”Mitt Romney and John McCain Denounce Donald Trump as a Danger to Democracy” and my instant gut reaction was, “There is no worse threat to democracy than John McCain!” My second thought was, “Maybe they’re right in the sense that Trump is a huge threat to the sham democracy McCain and Romney want to keep in place because it serves their secret agenda.”

Moral of the story: There’s a little truth in everything!

High Stakes

Years ago, after revealing mind-blowing scenes of our future, the Robes said to me, “You are to stay out of the tear down. There are teams in place that will take down the old systems. You are on the build-up side. You are needed to help guide in creating the new systems.”

I noted their comment, and thought, “Yeah…okay. No problem.” I didn’t think anything about the comment at the time. I just noted it. But over the years, especially the last ten years, it has been really hard to stay out of the tear-down. The combination of comprehensive input from the Robes, my natural and highly practiced intuition, the discipline to read widely, and the ability to recognize whole patterns with a tiny drop of information have made it excruciating to remain silent about so many things.

A friend wrote to me shortly before the Climate Conference in Paris and asked if I agreed with an email making the rounds about the conference being a façade for a meeting of the New World Order and a sinister plan to bring in global governance and collapse in December.

I wrote back:

”No, I don’t think I agree. I think we have to go past the paranoia about a New World Order. If we can’t come together as one, we’re left with the old order, which is rotten to the core. Nations are over. Oil is over. Corrupt banking is over. Pharmaceuticals and Monsanto and our current form of education are over…or maybe I should say those things have had their heyday and now something new is rising.  The “dark” team is faltering. The “light” team is running neck and neck, and it’s picking up speed. I even see signs they are pulling ahead. Yes, there are problems…especially with the awful surveillance going on, and the staggering debt we have. All of this will have to be dealt with. But I see the Paris meeting of all those leaders coming together to finish off the Cabal. There’s been a vicious war going on for some time now to take down the Cabal, and many countries are working together to accomplish that. They might succeed, they might fail, and they might do a half-assed job, but at least they’re in agreement that the Cabal and its corruption has to end. It’s a start.”

The stakes are really high right now. Even if the financial system falls, even if Turkey and Saudi Arabia go to war against Syria and Iran for a while, even if there are half a dozen more false flag shootings in an attempt to get Americans to give up our guns (I’ll say more about this later), hold the vision and make choices that lead toward a world at peace. The Paris conference demonstrated clearly that we are all together at the heart level in a very big way.  Millions of people are poised to help one another out if the financial system falls. Foolish wars end quickly. And the only reason the Cabal wants us to give up guns is so that we can’t shoot them when we finally recognize the murder, fraud, lies, and double-dealing they have perpetrated.

Be wise like a fox. Work cooperatively within the system if you have to but keep your eyes open for places you can make a difference. Be yourself. Take calculated risks. Do something new. Look more deeply at the propaganda that is presented as news and figure out what is really going on. Listen carefully for clues that the people around you are seeing and understanding what is happening. Talk about the future, not the past. Be excited about change. Be bold in your thought and feeling. Give yourself the gift of acceptance for Christmas this year.

Merry Christmas!
